Booking, Refund and Returns Policy

1. The minimum number of nights that can be booked is 3 nights.
2. At the time of booking, a fee of 30% of the booking amount will be charged. The remaining amount of the booking is payable immediately upon arrival. We will not refund the remaining amount if guests do not stay for the scheduled (booked) rental period.
3. Free cancellation up to 7 – days before the date of arrival.

Terms and conditions of the resort:

1. Check-in time – 15:00; Check-out time – 12:00
2. Guests must inform the receptionist at Check-Out. In case of damage to the house or property, guests are obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
3. The rates indicated include consumption of electricity, water and initial cleaning. For stays of more than three nights, house cleaning and linen changing are available on request every 4 days.
4. Pets up to 40 cm in size are allowed under the direct responsibility of the owners (compensation for damages caused by pets to the property) and with an obligatory, additionally paid (150 GEL), final general cleaning and disinfecting. Pet owners are obliged to collect and clean up pet faeces. If a pet is in the habit of climbing on furniture and/or sleeping in beds – owners must bring and use furniture blankets and their own bedding.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside all houses. A fine of GEL 500 is levied in case of violation. Smoking is allowed only in permitted areas. Cigarette butts may only be thrown into designated ashtrays.
6. Bathing and jumping into the water from the terraces of houses is prohibited.
7. Due to the location of the houses in the immediate vicinity of water, which is a source of increased danger, and the presence of open terraces in the houses, guests are personally responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children!
